Well, had to correct the email addy this was going to, so we'll see how it goes. The good news is that if this all works, I can just write in emails (which I love to do) and send them to the blog and myself to store copies at AOL and here in Hotmail. Wonder if I could email myself at NaNo and just post the counts from there? Moi

Pre-NaNo stuff
Okay, this is going to be the blog where I write my NaNoWriMo novel this year. The title will be "Werewolf Christmas" and, so far, I have some notes written about it, but there is more research to be done to get all of the information I need to do any good. I have downloaded some books from Project Gutenberg (.org) that touch on or explain some of the old legends of lycanthropy. Most of these are from 1800s and before (when was Ovid around? Long, long time ago! LOL).
I think I'll set this one up to accept emails and I can then send copies here and to myself so I don't lose this one like I did the last one. That sooooo sucked!
So, some math--do this every year and never get it done. LOL Ah, 50,000 words in 30 days comes out to just under 2,000 words per day. Of course, 50k words is barely a novelette anymore and Mother will be doing the newsletters, I think, so this will be tricky! I'll have to write about 10 pages long-hand if I can't get on the computer. I might be able to do that. Soo, we'll see.
